What happens when I can't take all the furniture that I bought?

If you are unable to take all of what you purchased, we can hold it for you for ONE WEEK. If you are unable to pick your items up within one week of purchase, please contact us.

Do you put items on hold for customers?

If an item is on hold for a customer, it is only on hold until 6 PM that day.

Are the prices at your store negotiable?

Anything that is over $100, we are more than happy to call and negotiate with the vendor to see if a deal can be made.

What if what I bought doesn't work for what I wanted?

Due to the nature of our store, all sales are FINAL. We cannot do returns on any items purchased.

Do you offer layaway?

We do offer layaway. It is a 30-day layaway plan. Half of the total balance will need to be paid up at the time of purchase, and the rest will need to be paid off within the 30 days. We will hold the item at our store for the duration of your layaway, until all is paid off. If you do not pay off you layaway in the allotted time, your item will be taken off of layaway and put back into the vendor's booth for sale.
